SERVICES OFFERED

In partnership with clients, we develop and use existing interventions and make cultural adaptations to meet the client’s unique needs. We always use a collaborative approach; and believe clients should be involved in choosing their treatment in every step, and encourage clients to be fully engaged in what they are feeling in terms of the process or interventions. All therapists work from a trauma-informed and trauma-focused perspective. We work to meet you where you are and honor your story and experience.

Our therapists work with:

    1. Children
    2. Adolescents / Teens
    3. Young Adults
    4. Adults
    5. Older Adults
    6. Couples / Relationships
    7. Families

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes and the frequency of sessions are determined by you and your therapist, although most of the time folks attend therapy on a weekly basis.

Therapy is a process. We understand coming to therapy can be difficult, and we follow the principle of meeting you where you’re at.

Service 01

Individual Therapy

Congratulations on prioritizing yourself and beginning therapy! The first step is always the hardest. The second step, getting through the door, is the second hardest. From there, things get better. Individual therapy looks different for everyone and our therapists will tailor their approach to your unique needs. All of our therapists are trauma informed and bring a range of experiences and expertise to the work. You can expect that your therapist will be curious to know about you and your goals. Together, you and your therapist will explore techniques to help move you closer to those goals. These techniques may include mindfulness, somatic work, art therapy, talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or any combination of these approaches!

Service 02

Working with Children and Teens

We use age appropriate interventions, such as play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy, to support the growth of your child/teen. Our therapists who work with teens and children understand and appreciate the importance of family and the home environment. To help facilitate growth and positive change, you can anticipate your child’s therapist may share resources and tips to help your child outside of the therapy space.
